Japan snow collection
Four destinations selected for Brazilian travellers, combining renowned snow, straightforward logistics and experiences that extend beyond the slopes.
01Hokkaido · Monte Niseko Annupuri
Japan's best-known international snow destination brings Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village and Annupuri together on one mountain. It is the easiest gateway to Japow, with excellent hotels, restaurants, English-language lessons, onsens and activities for non-skiers.
Sapporo and Otaru before or after the mountain; on a longer journey, fly to Tokyo and continue to Kyoto and Osaka.
Nagano · Alpes Japoneses
A venue for the Nagano Winter Olympics, Hakuba brings together ten ski areas including Happo-One, Goryu, Hakuba 47, Iwatake, Tsugaike and Cortina. It is ideal for travellers seeking mountain variety and an easy pairing with cultural Japan.
Tokyo is the most natural extension. Continue to Kyoto and Osaka for a journey combining snow, metropolis, temples and gastronomy.
Akaigawa · Hokkaido
A compact, peaceful mountain known for abundant snow. It is particularly relevant for Brazilian travellers as home to family-oriented Club Med Kiroro Grand and the 12+ Exclusive Collection Kiroro Peak.
Otaru lies on the way to Sapporo and adds canals, historic architecture and gastronomy. Continue afterwards to Tokyo or Kyoto.
04Shimukappu · Hokkaido
Tomamu combines 29 slopes with a comprehensive resort structure. Club Med Tomamu simplifies lessons, equipment, dining and children's programmes, while experiences such as Ice Village and Mina-Mina Beach also appeal to non-skiers.
Pair it with Sapporo and, for a complete journey, Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. It works particularly well for family itineraries.
Reference data may change by season and operating company. Hakuba totals combine the different ski areas in the valley.
Beyond the mountain
A journey to Japan deserves time beyond the ski resort. Colorado can connect the mountain with contemporary Tokyo, historic Kyoto, vibrant Osaka and Hokkaido's culinary culture.
